Facilities Assistant

Job Description

  • To handle the access system by providing/deleting access card for employee
  • To assist in configuring IP phone system
  • To get quotation from different vendors in any facilities related matters
  • To sort letter and distribute to respective department
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as per needed

Job Requirements

  • At least a SPM holder
  • Basic computer skill
