Facilities Assistant
Job Description
- To handle the access system by providing/deleting access card for employee
- To assist in configuring IP phone system
- To get quotation from different vendors in any facilities related matters
- To sort letter and distribute to respective department
- To perform ad-hoc duties as per needed
Job Requirements
- At least a SPM holder
- Basic computer skill
