Executive, Investment Operations
Job Description
- To conduct daily trade matching with brokers and custodians
- To perform daily data-entries into the Investment System for record keeping of non-transactions charges and expenses
- To perform daily reconciliation of clients’ assets against custodians, trustees and/or brokers
- To daily extract and upload of stocks prices from Bloomberg into Investment System
- To produce and check monthly valuation reports before dispatching to the respective clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy, professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or any other equivalent and recognized academy background
- At least 2 years of experience in fund management and unit trust industry, candidate with experience in handling the settlement of stockbroking operations may be considered
- Good in using spreadsheets and words processor, preferable Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision in a challenging environment
